We want you to feel confident when you buy from our store so we offer a full guarantee - if you wish to return the item for whatever reason then we will give you a full refund.
Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We only require that you return unwanted items in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel your order.
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We will inspect all returned goods and if the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.
Wrong, Faulty or Damaged Item
We test all new products before accepting them into the CosyHomeStore range. We inspect supplier deliveries to ensure product and packaging arrives in excellent condition to our warehouses. We double-check our orders to confirm what is dispatched matches what is ordered.We take the utmost care when delivering orders to you.
Although not often, sometimes we make mistakes - it does happen that a faulty product goes unnoticed, a wrong item is dispatched or a product gets damaged in transit. If this does happen, please notify us within 14 days and we will respond quickly to organise a replacement or refund with the minimum of delay and inconvenience.
We will organise a courier collection at your convenience or email you a postage-paid returns label.
Return & Replacement Request Process
When returning an item or requesting a replacement, please follow this process to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible:

3. We will refund you within 4-5 working days on receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. We will also refund the carriage costs where applicable.
